Deep Tissue Massage
Firm pressure with ROM*/Stretching and Trigger Point*
This highly therapeutic full body massage uses deeper pressure to release chronic patterns of muscular tension. The Massage Therapist uses direct pressure, or cross fiber (against the grain of the muscles) friction. Deep Tissue Massage is a great way, for those who prefer more pressure, to help eliminate deep tension, tightness and reduce muscle pain.

Warm Stone Massage

Heated basalt stones are used as an extension of the therapists hands. Heat from the stones help penetrate deep into the muscles allowing for deeper relaxation promoting healing and relaxation. Warm stones melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism.

Scalp, Neck, Shoulder, & Back Massage

Find yourself leaning into a comfortable massage chair while your scalp, neck and shoulders receive some much needed attention. We hold most of our stress in our neck and shoulder areas and over time that stress can build up into tight muscles. A massage designed especially for these areas is sometimes just what the body needs to feel brand new again!

*ROM- Range of Motion- The distance and direction a joint can move to its full potential.
*Trigger Point- A 'knot' in a muscle, which causes pain that is mostly deep, dull, and aching. A trigger point can also cause a sensation that makes a person feel like pain is radiating somewhere else (usually close by) and may also make the affected body part feel weak.

- Draping is required and will be provided with a soft linen sheet and only the areas of the body receiving the treatment will be exposed and then recovered with the sheet.
- Please note that a valid credit card number is required to schedule any appointment.
- 24 hour notice of a cancellation is required. If there is no notice of cancellation before 24 hours your credit card will be charged the full amount of the service that was scheduled.
- Late arrivals: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to fill out all necessary paperwork and converse with your therapist about your session and what areas need the most attention. Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to late arrival will end at the appointed time. If you are over 20 minutes late for an appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price of the scheduled session.
- Profanity, sexual references/innuendos/behavior will not be tolerated and such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and full price will be charged.
